We accept exchange.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to take back any non-customized ring or jewelry for an exchange only within 7 days as long as they are in the exact new condition with tags bought. We do not accept exchange or give refunds for custom made and pre-ordered rings or jewelry.

If your non customized ring needs to be exchanged for a different size, we will gladly make that exchange for you only within 7 days as long as rings are in the exact new condition bought. Any request for exchange after 7 days to a maximum of 20 business days will attract a 20% penalty fee if it is in the same new condition bought. Any request for exchange of rings or jewelry in customer’s possession beyond 20 business days will be totally denied. Also, if rings or jewelry show any sign of wear, request for exchange will be totally denied.

If you purchase a ring or jewelry and it gets damaged in your care, we are sorry cannot take it back for an exchange or refund.

We are sorry we do not provide return shipping service, it is the customers responsibility to ship the ring or jewelry back to us if the need be. Please provide tracking information when shipping any ring or jewelry back. If for any reason the ring or jewelry gets lost or stolen and there is no tracking information, we will not be responsible for a new one.

Please DO NOT ship your ring with any unregistered service, this will most probably get lost or damaged during transit.

Kindly note all purchases are final. We will only accept cancellation for orders not processed, shipped or received by customer within 24hrs of payment.
