We stand by our jewelry with a full-year manufacturing warranty that covers against issues that can arise from the crafting of the jewelry. Coverage is offered for a period of one year from the date you receive your purchase. If any issues arise due to crafting it’s most likely to happen during this time and we’re here to make sure issues are addressed before your jewelry continue their journey with you through life.

We pride ourselves on providing continuous premium service, including care, repair, and complimentary jewelry polishing. All gold and diamond jewelry from BOZ come with a full lifetime warranty.

To initiate a service request, you will need to provide a copy of your receipt or order number. We politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned to us to enable us send to our repair & services department for assessment. We would advise that you return to the store where the item was originally purchased from. However if this is inconvenient for you, we would advise you to return to any store for assistance. The store will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete.

Fine jewelry requires proper care and maintenance to ensure its longevity and lustrous shine.

If damage is determined at fault of the crafting, we reserve the right to replace or repair the jewelry at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, aggressive wear, or neglected care.

In the event that we are unsuccessful in repairing or replacing the item, we will replace the jewelry with one of equal value of the original purchase price from available inventory.

The warranty is voided on jewelry that shows sign of modification or repair by a third party.
All parts of the item must be returned to be eligible for warranty repair. A replacement fee may apply for any missing parts.
