You may initiate an exchange by sending your BOZ piece to our flagship store within 7 days for delivery done in Nigeria and 14 days for clients outside Nigeria from the date of delivery or pick up.

BOZ pieces purchased through bozjewelry.com or any of our sales outlet may be exchanged in accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

You may exchange your BOZ piece ONLY in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them within the stipulated timeframe stated.

BOZ WILL NOT accept any exchange if the piece shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way. BOZ will not accept exchange for a product valued lower than original purchase value. If you wish to exchange to a product with lower value, excess will be converted to store credit.

Engraved or embossed pieces cannot be returned to BOZ for exchange. Special order, pre-orders, personalized/ custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned to BOZ for exchange or refund.

It’s your responsibility to ensure that all information such as size, color, address etc provided at point of sale are 100% accurate.
